At RIFT, hydrogen isn’t just a fuel – it’s a catalyst for change. As the Hydrogen Sourcing Manager, you will secure one of the most critical building blocks for our clean energy projects. From spotting market opportunities and forging long-term supply contracts, to shaping strategic partnerships that unlock industrial decarbonisation, your work directly drives multi-million investments and accelerates our growth.

By using hydrogen to produce iron fuel – a safe, storable and transportable energy carrier – RIFT is creating a scalable solution for industries with limited alternatives. Alongside more than 65 colleagues, you will bring sharp market insight and strong negotiation skills to help embed this breakthrough into the sustainable energy mix.


What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying strategic opportunities in the hydrogen market and turning insights into commercial pipelines for multi-million projects.

  • Actively prospecting and engaging with potential suppliers, industrial partners and customers to secure reliable hydrogen supply.

  • Leading high-stakes negotiations and closing long-term supply contracts that directly influence strategic investments.

  • Developing compelling business cases, scenario models and risk analyses to support investment and sourcing decisions.

  • Representing RIFT with partners, governments and industry bodies, strengthening our position as a frontrunner in the clean energy ecosystem.
