You ensure that we make the most of the right subsidies and fiscal incentives, from regional innovation programs to national and European schemes. You translate our ambitions into compelling applications, build sustainable partnerships, and make sure every part, from the initial idea to the audit, is executed professionally and efficiently. Thanks to the funding you secure together with the team, we can take concrete steps towards a clean energy supply based on iron fuel. You make it possible for our projects to get off the ground and contribute directly to accelerating the energy transition.

What you’ll do as Gants & Incentives

• Spot new regional and national subsidy options and assess their fit with RIFT’s strategic goals and projects, collaborating closely with project developers and R&D.

• Support the selection of suitable partners and ensure they commit on time through letters of intent, support letters, or collaboration agreements.

• Coordinate or assist in drafting complete, persuasive subsidy applications, including budgets, project plans, attachments, and timely submission.

• Work with colleagues and partners to prepare progress reports that meet funders’ requirements.

• Keep all subsidy and project documents well-organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready for both internal and external stakeholders.

How make you a difference?

• Strong ability to write clear and persuasive grant applications in both Dutch and English, tailored to meet subsidy requirements and aligned with our strategic goals.

• Experience in preparing detailed project budgets and financial forecasts to support funding applications.

• Excellent coordination skills to manage projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

• Political and organizational sensitivity to navigate complex public funding landscapes and align internal and external interests.

• Ability to monitor compliance with administrative, legal, and content-related subsidy conditions and facilitate collaboration across teams and partners.
