Hydrogen Sourcing Manager

Do you want to play a key role in accelerating the energy transition? As Hydrogen Sourcing Manager, you will be one of the driving forces behind the success of RIFT’s large-scale decarbonization projects. You will secure strategic hydrogen supply contracts, enabling us to produce iron fuel: a easily transportable and usable alternative for industrial energy consumers. Together with more than 65 colleagues, you will use your sharp market insight and negotiation skills to enrich the sustainable energy mix with a promising solution.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying strategic opportunities in the hydrogen market and turning insights into commercial pipelines for multi-million projects.

• Actively prospecting and engaging with potential suppliers, industrial partners and customers to secure reliable hydrogen supply.

• Leading high-stakes negotiations and closing long-term supply contracts that directly influence strategic investments.

• Developing compelling business cases, scenario models and risk analyses to support investment and sourcing decisions.

• Representing RIFT with partners, governments and industry bodies, strengthening our position as a frontrunner in the clean energy ecosystem.
