Your role: more than just the HR administration.


As HR Officer, you are crucial to our mission. While the engineers work on clean energy solutions, you contribute to an organisation that is just as strong future-proof as our technology.

You:

  • Think in data, streamlining, and smart systems. Whether this is about personnel files or on and off-boarding, your sharp eye ensures nothing is left to chance.

  • Ensure that the HR policy is accurately carried out. Perfect contracts and faultless changes are your stage. You go for quality - always.

  • Ensure order, logic, and trust within Alexis, our HR system, driving a consistent and reliable employee experience.

  • Are proactive, take responsibility and show ownership. You see opportunities for improvement in automation, templating, and processes and you take these.

  • Help colleagues with HR - related questions

  • Work independently but never alone. You are part of the HR team which is made up of a CPO, HR Business Partner, 2 Corporate Recruiters and a HR officer (this could be you).

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 2 years experience as HR officer or a similar role

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and self-starting ability

  • You are accurate, work in a structured way and always think two steps ahead

  • You take responsibility and ensure that processes are correct and really work

  • Humor, sharpness and a healthy dose of curiosity

  • Strong written and verbal language skills in both Dutch and English
