Your role: recruitment with purpose
As Corporate Recruiter, you connect the right talent to our mission. You’re not just filling vacancies, you help shape our future by making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You:
Take action to connect the right people with RIFT.
Are curious about people and understand the kind of talent RIFT needs to keep growing.
Keep a close eye on the shifting job market and candidate expectations, and use that knowledge in your approach.
Know how to tailor recruitment strategies based on timing, target group and scarcity.
Find the right people, inspire them, and motivate them to become part of our team.
Coordinate the full candidate journey: from writing clear job descriptions to launching creative campaigns and using the right channels to stand out.
Spot opportunities without waiting to be asked. In communication, planning or tooling.
Are genuinely interested in our technology and mission.
Communicate easily with different stakeholders - from management to hiring teams - and take ownership of your role in the process.
Help define roles, plan capacity and think ahead as we scale.
Bring your own vision: you advise, challenge, and bring clarity where needed.
You work independently, but never alone. You’ll be part of the HR team, consisting of a CPO, an HR Business Partner, one other Corporate Recruiter (possibly you), and an HR Officer.
Job requirements
What do you bring?
At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset and self-starting attitude.
A curious, proactive approach: you enjoy shaping the future in a fast-growing scale-up.
A strong sense of people and purpose. You understand what drives talent and know how to make the right match.
