Assistant Controller

As a Assistant Controller at RIFT, you are a vital part of the financial backbone of a fast-growing, innovative impact startup. You will gain hands-on experience with our financial processes, have room to grow quickly, and help strengthen the foundation for strategic decision-making. Together with your team, you play a key role in preparing RIFT for its next stage of growth.

What you will do

• Keep financial data accurate and up to date, providing the team and management with clear insights to make confident, informed decisions.

• Support month-end and other reporting processes, helping create a solid foundation for key financial decisions.

• Manage and improve financial systems and data, ensuring information is always clear, complete, and actionable.

• Contribute to compliance and internal controls, keeping RIFT financially healthy and fully compliant.

• Proactively ask questions and suggest improvements, driving both your own growth and the continuous development of the finance team.
