Make an impact as a Project Manager by successfully leading our FEED and EPC projects!
Job description
RIFT is a start-up currently operating two Industrial Pilot Systems in Arnhem and Helmond. As we prepare for our next growth phase, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to take our team and projects to the next level.
How you will make an impact
As a Technical Project Manager at RIFT, you will be the driving force behind our EPC projects. You are responsible for setting clear project goals, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Through your leadership, you will guide the team, tackling both technical and procedural challenges with clarity and efficiency.
With your expertise in FEED and EPC projects, you will lead our relatively inexperienced team, helping to shape processes and establish best practices. You think outside the box, make decisive choices, and ensure clear communication across the board. Your proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks ensures the successful completion of each project, driving RIFT forward.
What you will do as a Technical Project Manager
- Lead and manage EPC projects, including deliverable planning, risk management, and budget control.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including feasibility studies (FEED/FEL) at the early stages.
- Coordinate with project developers and engineering teams to create conceptual designs, ensuring financial and operational feasibility before major investments.
- Actively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
